Now the anticipation begins! Read on to learn more about the multi-step process involved in delivering your Saunasnet. Your estimated ship date will vary based on the model you purchased.

1.Getting Ready

We have received your order and preparing to ship your sauna. Once your sauna has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation from Saunasnet including an estimated delivery window, and the Saunasnet User Manuals.

The day before your delivery, you will also receive a call or text from our shipping carrier to confirm an attendance time. If you have questions regarding your delivery, please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Service team on info@saunasnet.com.au.

Please note, if you have not already purchased our installation service and wish to do so, this must be arranged with your Sales Representative prior to your delivery date.

2.We've Got Movement

Please follow your saunasnet email confirmation titled 'Delivery / or Assembly Update' for an approximated delivery window to your location.

It is vital to ‘triple-check’ your space measurements, and ensure the electrical requirements are in place prior to delivery. If required, install a dedicated circuit with appropriate power specifications.

We recommend you review the Product Specifications to ensure you are ready to set up your sauna.

In addition, check the dimensions of the largest sauna panel to be sure it will fit through the pathway to its final location.

3.Saunasnet Always Delivers

1. Stock delivery: Truck delivery - 15 days
2. Factory delivery: Sea freight + truck delivery - 45 days

Saunasnet Transport will deliver the product to the nearest dry, flat roadside accessible by truck to your home. If the roadside accessible by truck is far from your doorstep, please inform our Saunasnet Logistics Team and the Transport Company by phone or email before delivery.

Delivery companies have strict rules for delivery. Any additional information will help to ensure the seamless arrival of your sauna and a great experience for all.

Please note, that your sauna will be carefully packaged in a wooden box, depending on the sauna model chosen, may require the equivalent of a car space on delivery day.

Please be prepared with at least two people (or more for larger units) to unpack all the panels out of the flat packs, if you do not have a safe, dry storage location.

4.Installation Tips

Ideal Location: For optimal performance and safety, install both Sauna's & Ice Bath's on a solid, level & firm surface.

Shipping Damage Procedure

In the event a wooden box is damaged during delivery, it is important to follow these three steps so we can quickly resolve the situation.

1. Take possession of damaged wooden box. Most damage tends to be the packaging and not the actual sauna unit.
2. Note damage on the Proof of Delivery and contact Saunasnet immediately
